A brief history

ML Construction & Design began its journey with installing furniture and sourcing chair frames from China. Since then, our company has grown and made a lasting impact on the hospitality industry.

We are honored to have worked with companies such as Wyndham Hotels, Choice Hotels, IHG Hotels & Resorts, Hilton, Marriott, and many more across the midwest and southern states. It doesn't stop with hotel construction though. Our team has developed and built a wide variety of houses, apartment complexes, and student housing as well.

The owners of ML Construction & Design possess over 50 years of combined experience in construction, general contracting, renovation, and project management.
